Over the Years…
Since our modest beginnings in 1950, Pathfinders has provided help to more than 10,000 men and their families. Countless lives have been touched as these men returned to their families, occupations, and the community.
When seven San Diego men paid a month’s rent on a vacant, skid row storefront on F Street in downtown San Diego.

Emphasizing Whole-Person Wellness
100% of participants who remain in treatment for 30 days are connected to both primary and specialty care, greatly improving their quality of life.
96% of clients who complete treatment are connected to stable housing. This allows our clients to focus on treatment without fear of the future.
100% of participants who are diagnosed with co-occurring are linked to ongoing professional mental health services, greatly increasing the likelihood of long-term recovery.
100% of participants who remain in treatment for 30 days are linked to community resources and services, including transportation, food and clothing assistance, legal assistance, educational services and vocational services.
